This page explains what we receive when you contact us through solventist.com, why we take it, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.

Who processes your data
Your data is processed by Solventist. You can reach us about any of this at [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, company, email address, optionally your country and the type of project, and your message. If you do not use the form, browsing the site leaves us no personal information about you.
Why we collect it
For one reason: to answer your message and correspond with you about the work you asked about. We do not add you to a marketing list, we do not send unsolicited email, and we do not sell anything to anyone.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no visitor tracking. The form is protected by a spam-prevention service that does not set cookies.
Who else sees it
Only the providers we need to run the business: Cloudflare, which serves the site and protects the form; Resend, which delivers the form to us by email; and Google Workspace, which hosts our mailbox. These providers do not use the data for their own purposes. We share it with nobody else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep the correspondence until the enquiry has run its course, and for a reasonable period afterwards. If the conversation does not turn into a project, we delete it. If you want it gone sooner, just ask.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will act on it as far as we can confirm who you are. Your rights under the GDPR in the European Union, and under the KVKK in Turkey, are unaffected.
Where the data sits
The providers we use may hold data on servers outside Turkey and outside your own country. Please write to us knowing your details pass through those providers.
If this text changes
If we update it we change the date above. If something important changes while we are already corresponding with you, we will tell you directly.
